The Zachry Construction Corporation first established their headquarters in a 1940's era tractor assembly plant, which originally began its life as a foundry 20 years before. Over the life of the campus seven different buildings were constructed, each with their own unique floor level. This project unified the complex and created a state-of-the-art work space while paying homage to the architectural lineage of the facility. By uncovering and highlighting the components of each of the original buildings, this modern era corporate headquarters lives inside of early century beauty.
