Located in the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center  the concierge station is available 7 days a week to the public. It offers travel assistance and service for the traveling public.  The concierge station was created to offer services such as:

 

• Travel assistance to conventioneers and visitors with information regarding San Antonio's points of interest, attractions, tourism amenities, restaurants, and hotels.

• Provide information on the events and festivals throughout San Antonio and the surrounding Texas hill country.

• Sell tickets to area attraction and VIA streetcar or bus day passes.

• Sell specialty gift items in our gift shop.

• Provide visitors  with access to the internet for online flight check in.

• Space for an electrical device charging station.

• Create a marketing opportunity for San Antonio tourism partners via digital signage.
