This project, located in the San Antonio Medical Center area, is a four level office building with an adjacent 560-car parking garage. Also included as part of the overall project scope was the 110,000 square foot finish-out for the future medical office tenants. The facility is a contemporary medical office building containing state-of-the-art facilities for the treatment and prevention of major illness.  The building and parking garage were constructed of site-cast architectural concrete panels that were quickly lifted into place so that interior construction could begin while exterior finishing was underway. The simultaneous construction of interior and exterior elements ensured that the project was completed and open to accept patients within the mandated time period.
