A new medical building development from the ground up, the Kyle Medical Building was designed and built for MH Property Management. The spaces were designed to contain multiple medical offices accessed through a glass entry foyer. A large amount of windows on all sides of the building maximized the amount of natural daylight that would stretch into the building, but low-e coatings mitigated heat gain. The over-sized, curved canopy protects guests from sun and rain but is also tall enough to accommodate emergency vehicles.
