Located off of 1604, the site for the Heritage Oaks complex was studied for two buildings meant to compliment each other without being symmetrical twins. In the spaces between the buildings, pedestrian walkways mingled with trees, landscaping, and parking lot access points. The two, three level buildings are tilt-wall construction and are designed in a way that facilitated quick assembly and construction.
