Office Extension

Your mobile phone is now your office phone extension.  It will ring whenever someone tries to call your office extension.  Office voicemails will be sent to your email, not your mobile phone voicemail.

 

3CX App

Utilize the 3cx app to make office phone calls if you do not want to expose your mobile number.  Calls will appear to be originating from the CMP Office Number.  You may also call internal extensions with the app as well. This is a quick way to talk to one another.

Use email and texting as normal for typical correspondence. 

 

 

Group Meetings / Teleconferences                                                                                                

Microsoft Teams

Use Microsoft teams for chatting with internal staff. You can hold video conferences as well.  Create teams per project as needed for collaboration. Utilize outlook calendar to set up meeting times by clicking on New Teams Meeting to add link and set meeting time\date.  Some clients, such as UTSA, also utilize for project collaboration.

 

GoToMeeting

All GoToMeetings must be scheduled per instructions on the CMPhub (password Cmp216).  We have two available rooms that may be scheduled.
